Interactive websites, internal tools and smart integrations for mid-market and enterprise teams in Ireland and German-speaking Europe. Typical work includes operations dashboards, approval workflows, customer portals, product configurators and quote tools, plus the CRM and ERP integrations that connect them.

How do you handle security, access control and data location?

Accepted Answer

Role-based permissions, single sign-on and row-level data policies are designed in from the first phase rather than added before go-live. Data is hosted in the EU by default, and we can align with your existing identity provider so access follows the same joiner and leaver process as the rest of your stack.

Can you connect to our existing CRM or ERP?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite and other systems through their APIs, and with anything else that exposes an API or a database. Kris Carey previously worked at HubSpot, so CRM data models and integration edge cases are familiar territory rather than a discovery exercise.

Who owns the code and can our in-house team maintain it?

You own the code and the data. Everything is built on standard React, TypeScript and Postgres, documented at handover, and handed over in a repository you control. Any competent development team can take it on, and there is no proprietary platform to license.

How long does a phased build take?

Accepted Answer

A free concept prototype lands in three working days. A paid functional prototype, wired to real data with one live integration, follows in about two weeks, which is when stakeholders see real software rather than a slide deck. The production build is agreed after that scope is signed off and runs on 30/40/30 milestones, most often across two to four months depending on integration scope and how many teams are involved.

What do engagements cost?

Internal tools and enterprise platform work typically runs from €12,000, with most engagements landing between €12,000 and €60,000 depending on scope, integrations and user roles. Fees are billed against 30/40/30 milestones: 30% on scope sign-off, 40% on the functional prototype, 30% on production handover. Fixed-price websites are billed 50/50 instead.

How is this different from a no-code or DIY build?

The output is real application code with tests, version control, access control and integrations, not a configuration inside someone else's tool. We use AI-assisted development to reach a working prototype faster, then apply the same engineering discipline you would expect from any software delivery partner.

What happens after handover?

You can take the system in-house, or keep a support retainer from €499 per month covering hosting, monitoring, security updates, CRM administration and ongoing iteration. Either way you get documentation and a senior point of contact rather than a support queue.

Do you work outside Ireland?

Yes. Alongside Irish clients we work across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, with German-language delivery available. Engagements run remotely through video calls and shared review environments, with on-site workshops where they add value.

Yes, where the work is a good fit. Focused website builds start from €1,200, larger business sites from €3,000, with hosting and care from €20 per month on top. The pricing page sets out the bands, and a short conversation is the fastest way to know whether it makes sense.
